How do I book a room?

Go to the Rooms page, select a room, choose your move-in date, and click Book. This sends your request to our Facebook page, where our manager will confirm the next steps.

What utilities and amenities are included?

Each room has a kitchen area, bathroom, free parking, and basic furnishings. Electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are billed separately.

What are the move-in requirements?

Long-term tenants pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent plus first month's rent. One-month stays require no deposit.
